Confirmation Preparation Program
Confirmation Preparation is a TWO YEAR Program. The curriculum addresses three big questions, "Why believe in God?", "Why trust Jesus?" and "Why be a part of the Church?"

Service Hours Tracking Sheet
All confirmandi are encouraged to complete 20 hours of service by their first year of Confirmation prep. Service hours are a REQUIREMENT of Confirmation preparation program.

Baptism Certificate Submission
For those who did not complete Baptism at TCOHA. To begin the Confirmation process, we must have a copy of your Baptism Certificate on file. If your child was baptized at a different parish, please upload a scanned copy or clear photo using the link provided.

First Communion Certificate Submission
For those who did not complete Baptism at TCOHA. We also require a copy of your child’s First Communion Certificate. If this was completed at another parish, please upload a copy as soon as possible.

Confirmation Saint Name
Each Confirmation candidate selects a saint whose life inspires their faith journey. Please prayerfully choose your Confirmation Saint and submit their name, along with a short reason why you chose them. This will be included in your preparation reflections.

Sponsor Information
Sponsors play a vital role in guiding and supporting candidates throughout their Confirmation journey. Please provide your sponsor’s full name, contact information, and parish affiliation. We will follow up with them directly about expectations and preparation.
